My wages are being garnished by the state.
I work for a national company and want to transfer to another state. Will the garnishment follow?

If you are working for the same company, ( not changing companies) there will be no break at all in the garnishment, since most likely the HR and payroll is done at a central location.

So merely moving to another branch will have no effect.

If you change the company that you work for, it will take them a month or so to catch up with you.
