    Getting son out of home
So it's not only me that has a 24 yr old who's taken over my 1st property that I've owned. He swears at me all the time is so controlling and I am too embarresed to have my friends over. It takes me 2 whole days to clean when I return from working away for a few weeks. He anoys the neighbours with very loud thumping music and has now taken over the new car I bought. It's just so horrible living in my own home. My dad said don't let him "take over'. But too late he has. I don't tell anyone in my family because they'll all blame me and will not have anything constructive to put forward. It's HELL!! And I am almost heading toward bankruptsy with paying all the exacturated bills from him consuming and living a very comfortable life - it's all on me.I'm in Sydney Australia, What could I do? If only I was confident enough to get a really big boyfriend to just be around - I'm sure he'd leave then.

First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's. This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

However, we told you what you can do in the answers to the other thread. You give him notice to vacate and if he refuses, you go to court for an eviction.

Also, you stop letting him do things. You take your car back, get the keys and don't give him any. If he won't, have it taken to a shop and stored so he is without it.

Don't pay any of his bills, don't pay a cell phone for him, don't pay anything for him.
