    Family custody
    I'm 19 yrs old I have a 5 yr old babyboy.. I currently live alone with my son I receive welfare and I'm finishing up my ged... I want to try and get custody of my 7yr old brother who is in a forever home waiting for his adoption to get finalized.. Do I still have a chance to get custody of him and how would I go about down it

    If he is up for adoption its unlikely you will get custody. Yout best chance is to consult an attorney.
