    Floor furnace
I have an old floor furnace that has a relay between the thermostat and the furnace. The relay has had to be replaced at the beginning of the winter every year. We thought it was bad again so we bought a new one but that didn't fix it. If you touch the wires together that plug into the relay the furnace will run but won't shut off. What is the problem?

Can you post a picture of the relay. Does it by chance say "baso" on it anywhere?
