How do I clear 'other' once and for all?

I have a jailbroken iPod touch 4g IOS5
I have sufficient SSH skills.
Every time I delete something, 'other' increases by 0.2 gb.

PLEASE HELP! I ONLY HAVE 1GB LEFT!

Okay... Benoquin completely depigments....I get it..... It is not recommended for hyperpigmentation because it doesn't lighten the skin... just depigs (THIS IS WHAT I HAVE READ ON THIS FORUM) What I do not understand is that how does it depig without lightening? Are you just black one day...
