    Mattag Washer MAV6057AWW
    Washer will wash but will not spin or drain, also has a burning smell can I fix this myself?

I have a Maytag Washer Model # MAV6057AWW. The washer fills, agitates, lets standing water out of the tub, but will not spin, to remove excess water from the clothes. I have tried other wash cycles, but with the same results. Do I have a sheared pin somewhere? Please let me know what you think....
