    Need Probation transfer ASAP, how do I do this?
    My ex fiancˇ that is still very close to me... lives in Texas and is on probation for DUI's. He was diagnosed with PTSD and is mentally unstable, he has spoken of suicide and I am afraid for his life. He needs to be with fmaily and loved ones to make it through. He can do his probation here in Oregon I just need toget him here. How do I do this?
