Hello, Suspecting that I had a bad water heater, I replaced for a brand new electric GE 50 gallon tank. It helped with the problem a little bit, but I have a feeling that my pipes are not very well insulated as the hot water in the secondary bathroom (furthest away from the water heater)...

About 2 months ago, the hot water in the master shower started to take a long time to heat up in the morning- about 2 minutes. The shower in the hall still takes only a short time like always.
