We have installed 2 navien nr 210 in both cases the heat time to the closes sinks approximately 15 feet away is taking over a minute to heat up and when you turn off water and then demand hot water for a second time within 1-2 minuets the water again is cold for 1minute
Please advise what we can do as this is not at all normal
