Wife is 33 weeks pregnant

Hi, I am from Bangladesh.My wife is 41 and we have our only child, 12 years daughter.At the moment my wife is 33 weeks pregnant.USG Comment is " MILD HEPATOMEGALY".I will appreciate your view on the issue. I am worried. Thanks and have agood day.
