    I'm active duty and my wife who is 16 weeks pregnant wants a divorce
    I'm in the aiforce, active duty, my wife and I were married a year ago, she's now 16 weeks pregnant and says she wants a divorce, she has no job, or education other than high school, would I be likely to gain full custody

    NO! The court will look at both of your situations and usually you will share custody of YOUR SHARED child, with various arrangements for visitation and financial support - which you most likely will be providing.
    Have you considered the fact that she is alone with raging hormones of pregnancy? Have you considered trying to salvage the marriage?
