    Petty theft laws 2nd offender?
    I was picked up on my 2nd offense of shoplifting... what will I get this time.. I received a fine and 3 days in jail and prohbation last year for shoplifting

    Expect about double for this one, the real issue is are you off probation, if not you MUST report this to the PO and you could well have to serve time for violation of that probation.
