    Free electrical answer?
I removed a neon light ficture with a condenser. Once removed there are 2 bundles of wire. The first one has a black, a white a red and a ground. The second one has a black a white and a ground. I suspect this feeds an outlet or the other way around. The blacks were connected together and the whites were connected together. What is the red for and how do I instal a regular light fixture?
