    Inheritance issues
After mother died my sister was the executor of the will and as of now we are dealing with the property (house) said in the will my sister can remain in home until niece graduates high school. We may then sell or buy each other out unless we agree to do so before. I have agreed to sell my share to my sister but feel she is not being fair in this. She says mother owes 150,000 on a 2nd taken out and that we have to pay for any outstanding credit card amounts and any repairs to house that have to be made. So for a house that she is living in for the next 7 years I will receive around 76000 pm s 390000 house. Since having the house appraised she has updated the kitchen and many other things that she chose to do that @eren't necessary just desired by her. So now how do I deal with this. What should I do? I have not seen any paperwork supporting these claims of money owed and when asked for I am just ignored. She is trying to push me into doing this quickly and I'm feeling uncomftorable.

The second mortgage is a legitimate debit. You only have the right to be paid for your share of the equity. But not the credit card debts. And only those repairs which increase the sales value of the house by more than the amount spent.

And, of course, if she refuses to give you an adequate accounting, you can sue her for partition of the property or, if the probate is not closed, apply to the probate court for a resolution of the controversy.
