    Judicial approval only.
I'm 16, my fiancés in the military. I need a list of states that only require judicial approval for a marriage license. No parental consent of pregnancy, simply the judicial approval. Please don't just comment on how I'm too young or going to ruin my life.

There are places that require parental consent? What if they say no?

OK, I won't comment. I'll let the law comment for me.

No place in the US will allow you to be married without parental consent.
Teen Marriage License Laws > by State

The closest is MA which will issue a court order to a resident. But you would have to reside there for 6 months before you can even apply for a court order. And since you are a minor you couldn't live alone.

The reason for these laws are to protect young people who are too young to make such a decision and prevent them from taking risks.

And the issue is, that you have to follow as a minor the laws of your state. You can not cross state lines as a minor to be married. Your parents could have that marriage thrown out and even the groom arrested for interference with custody or perhaps kidnapping for taking you across state lines.

I linked you to a website that lists all the US states and the marriage requirements. Are you saying that site is erroneous? Do you have any proof to back up your statement? You were given good help even if you don't believe it.

I know you want to hear the things you want to happen but it is not the law. You may have even heard stories and myths about this person or that person. The law is clear and done that way to protect minors
