    You go to a Dentist and follow the Dentist's recommendations.

    You could have it pulled and replaced, perhaps repaired, perhaps a crown.

    Some repairs can even be done in a tooth-colored bonding material that is not noticeable.

    I would assume you know you are to go to a dentist? Is there a issue with this, do you have more to add to your question? If you will "answer" your own question and add more info, it can help. Is money for the dentist the issue? Do you live in a area or nation where there is little dental care?

    Yes, agreed - but these repairs MUST be done by a Dentist following a consultation.

    Seems obvious but you never know.
