    How many electrical receptacles can go on a 15 amp circuit.

    How many can type lights with a 60 watt light bulbs can go on a 15 amp circuit.

    24- 60 watt lamps, the total maximum 1440 watts,can be on a 15 amp circuit.

    A widely used guide is 8 receptacles on a 15 amp circuit.
