    Penguin in animated movie whose hair becomes static and he is shocked?
    I can not remember anything except that little bit - a boy penguin (animated) who is shocked and his hair stands up from the static. He is also perhaps wearing a Hawaiian shirt? I am going crazy trying to figure out what movie this is from.
