    Penguin animated short film
    I remember watching a series of short films in the early 80s when I was a kid. It wasn't a full movie. They were 8 or 16mm films that would run about 10 minutes. There wasn't any talking, but some music. They were kind of arty, foreign films, I remember pastels. Not overly cartoony or stop motion. Help?

    Yeah it wasn't stop motion or really one of those brightly colored cartoons like Chilly Willy, or Scamper. I know this doesn't help much, but thanks!
