As in my earlier question I have asked about my relationship with my best friend, I have ended it just as you have suggested but as I had said he used to take drugs, cigarettes, and also he inhales toluene but has stopped taking these things, he had but now I have found he started to take all these again just after a gap of a month, before I broke up with him, and now he is taking all these things more in amount than before, as his medical history I say its nearly 1 year and 4 months of chronic use of these substances, I am a medical student and I know how harmful these things are, that's why m concerned about him, his health is getting worse each day,
He have everything in his life, money, family, love,friendship but the pure addiction he is into won't let him see the good side of life..
I had tried asking him the reason to do all this he simply said, these things provides him happiness and he wants to die happily, he is gone out of his mind, where as I have ended him contact with him for now to quit my relationship with him, but I feel these things aren't simple anymore , he was a really good and kind person before taking all this. I won't be back into our love relationship with him, but certainly don't want him todie as well.
And unfortunately no one else is trying to help him, where as he is destructing his life,
I can't even tell his family bcoz I already see him so depressed, and his family creates more stress for him last time he nearly attempted to suicide becoz of family drama,
I care for him, still can't stop crying to see such a person ruining and ending his life,. he needs a rehab, and medical care and family support but can't have anything, please tell me or else by the way he is living, he will surely die within a month..
