    How do a get a civil judgement against me reduced?
    The judgement was in 2008 Credit card debit I am paying monthly but the interest is so high the principle is not coming down Can I get the interest down

    You won't get a judgement reduced. If you can somehow manage to come up with a lump sum settlement they may agree to that.

    Unless they are charging more than is allowed in the judgement, but in the court the amount allowed is set.
