I wanted to know how to get a judgement off your credit report after they have already won their judgement in court.

Basically you can't - the time frame has to run and then it automatically drops off. You do have the right to file with the credit report, telling your side of the story, but that does not change the Judgment. When the Judgment is paid that will be recorded, also.

There are various sites which claim to be able to remove Judgments from credit reports but they have usually been proven to be frauds.

    Hello a:

Judy is correct. You do, however, have the right to challenge incorrect information on your credit report. When you do, sometimes the item gets dropped off.

I'm not suggesting that you ABUSE your right. I'm just telling you what rights you have... Uhhh, OK. Maybe I AM suggesting that very thing. But, I don't think the world will come to an end if you manage to clean up your credit report.
