I have a kenmore elite gas dryer model 110 75922401 gets warm but not hot enough to dry clothes... I just sent this question but forgot to ask how to get the front panel off... I've tried severl times but can't get it off. Please help... thank you

Dryer was working fine yesterday. Wife went to use it today and it will run. But there is no heat coming out of it. I was going to give up trying to fix it myself, until I called Sears today for a repairman. They want $129.00 just to look at it. Parts are extra. I have never used an ohm meter...
Kenmore Elite Dryer 110 model 63932102 - machine turns on when start button is depressed but stops as soon as button is released. When button is held in machine continues to run but there is no heat. Not motor or heater relay. What next!!
I just started to run my dryer when I noticed a burnt smell coming from the laundry room. That was the only thing running (less than 10min). It doesn't seem to smell from behind the unit but it does inside. I always change lint before/after every use. Any idea's?
