    Nys child support ?
    MY daughter has dropped out of high school& will be 18 in 02/22/2012.She is also working PARTTIME 20 hrs. per week. When should I go to court?

    NYS law extends child support until age 21. As long as she is living at home and being supported by the custodial parent support will continue.
