    Bipolar and visitaion?
I am bipolar and have been on medication and was an excellent mother. I believe should have unsupervised visitation of my daughter. She is twelve years old and we had such a good relationship and shared so much love

Are you currently in a custody battle? Do you have a current custody order in place through the courts?

If you have supervised visits, you prove you can do them well and proper. I always perfer ones done by a non related third party who will give the court proper feed back.

But you petition the court to modify the visits and show proof that you have been doing well on supervised.

If you are just now fighting, you prove your ability, perhaps get a professional counselor to testify that you have been seen and they believe you are safe.
