Went off Depo
{personal info removed} I have a few things that I would like some answers two. I was on a birth control shot that was called DEPO for about four years, and decided to take myself off it well because of some personal reasons of my own. Well about four to six months ago I have been having light cycles and then I have just progressed into heavy cycles and I had already missed two months. Well this morning I started getting sick and my period was extremely heavy and my cramps were pretty strong too. Is it normal for a person that is on a cycle to be very nausas and even throwing up like that? I also want to know some does and dont's to prevent bad cramps.
