    Home Loans for felons
    I have a question for people in Colorado. I have a Felony and I am trying to see if I can qualify for a home loan so I can buy a house for my kids and I. I just want to know if there this would count against me if I try to apply for a home loan.

    Normally no, they will want to look at your income, your credit rating. It may be considered at some but what they really want to know is ability to repay.
