    OK I am a home less felon and need a job and a place to live but have no money . How do I get a grant

    In some areas that are very economic depressed there will be down payment assistance, often they will provide a small amount, or tax assistance for a number of years.

    You will still
    1. have to have a income to pay the actual mortgage under the tighter guidelines now in place
    2. have some down payment normally for at least closing costs


    So with no job, and no money, you can not buy a home.

    Hello I am felon and I have a place to live but need a truck my car blowe up on us . Would like to know how to do this please. I have three kids and one of them have to go for appointments every months becaouse he is autism bad . So if someone can it would be great thank u
