    Chesapeake,va eviction laws
    A person has moved into the HVAC room of the building without permission. How can they legally be evicted and personal property removed?

    The Police come and throw them out. They are trespassers, not tenants.

    Of course, I'm guessing they haven't set up that address as their residence - how long has this been going on?
