    PA laws on eviction
    I own a mobile home in Pennsylvania and have been trying to sell it. Some one has been living there for 8.5 months and not paid me anything. We had a verbal agreement about how much she should pay before she moved in. now I gave her an eviction notice and she is trying to fight
