Payne heater light on no heater? Furnace about 34 years old

Payne furnace t-stat about 34 years old. Pilot light is on but no blower or heat when t-stat is moved. Cleaned filtewr very well, cleaned t-stat, t stat has two yellow wires. Furnace has no switch but Plugged directly to an outlet. Please help. Thanks, ric |

It's a Payne Gas Pack forced air furnace and A/C unit. At first the a/c functioned properly during the summer,now in winter the heat would'nt work. It's a unit that sit's on top of the roof in a apartment complex. First I thought it would be the tstat so I replaced it with a upgraded flux 400...
