    My 1996 Honda Civic will not start
    I drove it yesterday and it done fine and today it will not start I can hear the fuel pump pumping

    If the CEL comes on for 2 seconds and then goes out, after turning the ignition switch to ON (Position II), then replace the Ignition Control Module (ICM) and coil inside the distributor. Be sure to apply silicone heat transfer compound to the back of the new ICM.
