Wiring multiple lights in different locations off same switch

I am trying to wire multiple lights (under-cabinet lights in the kitchen) from a switch. The lights are in three different directions from the switch so I am not sure if parallel wiring would work. Would it be up-to-code to twist-cap all of the wires in the switch box? What other options do I have?
