Suing a government agency is very difficult. Winning is even harder.
If you think you have a case, get a lawyer because there is no way you stand a chance of winning without one.
If you want to explain how you think they broke the law and what damages you incurred we can advise further. Also ANY question on law needs to include your general locale as laws vary by area.

The child support was not allocate in the Judgment. Stipulation with a child allocation was filed one month prior the Judgment. CSSD followed the Judgment and enforced full amount of support for 4 children; even dough 2 of them graduated from a high school. My ex-husband had not corrected his own mistake and had not re-filed stipulation to allocate the child support, so Court upheld order from the Judgment when he filed OSC himself. CSSD can't represent or give legal advice to the parents, can't ask court to lower a child support, but they can provide some information how to file OSC to the Court. But, not in my case. CSSD, without informing me about it, filed OSC to the Court to allocate a child support after they have enforced all delinquent child support payments from my ex-husband. Their stuff attorney had represented my husband in Court and Court had granted CSSD request and child support was allocated 3 years back. Automatically, the child support was lowered and I have to pay back $25.000 to my ex-husband. CSSD stopped enforcing child and spousal support payments, and I have been left without income. Single parent with 4 children in the house with no job. CSSD put my life below poverty level. The stuff attorney who filed the case to the court was suspended from her job after I filed complain and ask for the hearing. CSSD said I can only take them to the court. I am looking for an attorney.

Ok, it appears you may have a case. But you need to assemble specifics. You need documentation that the Staff (not stuff) attorney was fired for this reason. You need the specific regulations that were violated. You need the copies of the court orders that were ignored in favor of other orders.
Some of that your attorney will be able to get. Some of it you will need to provide.
Good luck and keep us posted.

You may get help through the local Bar Association in your county. Sometimes attorneys who are bar members will take cases pro bono (free). They may be able to help you locate a good attorney. Worth a try.
