    New Jersey garnishment rules?
An employee has child support coming out of his paycheck. Now there is a Wage Execution against him.
Does the child support come off his disposable earnings? Like federal taxes, etc. We are in New Jersey

How was it ordered? A percentage (I would guess). If so it comes off the gross, just like taxes.

I have seen exceptions - what does the Order say? It should be very clear.
