    Eviction process in virginia?
    I have a child that says as most teens do I can't wait until I turn 18 then I am leaving. If the child continues to exhibit behaviors of difiance when they turn 18 can they be served with an eviction notice on the day that they turn 18

    Short answer, yes. Virginia Eviction You must know the laws but I have never heard of a parent actually doing this. Cooler heads may kick in and help you find other options. I'd consider charging rent. If your teenager does not like that then he can decide to move out on his own without you looking like the bad guy.
