My house trained dog is peeing EVERYWHERE.
I have a chihuahua that is 10months old. He hasn't been neutered. He was trained to pee on puppy pads for the pass 4 or 5 months, but now he is constantly peeing EVERYWHERE possible in my house. First I thought it was an accident, but now it has gotten to the point that he pees on couches, furniture, and my bed. It's ridiculous. I don't know what to do anymore. My whole entire house smells like dog urine.

I'm sorry to hear about this. Puppy pads teach a dog to pee on something soft. He apparently has learned his lesson very well.

Neutering him will help and then you will have to start at square one to train him to go outside. I'm the local cat person, but I know Shaz and some other dog people will be on yet this evening and will see this and will give you good advice.

    Stay tuned!

10 months is not too young to have one of the several problems that causes excessive urination. Such as diabetes, kidney problems, thyroid problems. You may be better off to go to the vet now rather than "wait to see". Waiting probably will not help get him to stop this. If he is passing volumes of urine, not just little squirts, he is probably not 'marking', and neutering won't do much unless it is marking territory, which is something young, aspiring, hopeful males will do.

Take him to the vet to make certain he is problem free. This has a better chance of getting that normal smell back to your house than waiting, don't you think?
