House-trained dog is peeing in the house.
She is an altered adult jack russel who has lived with me for four years now. She is one of four dogs. She's not sick although if she doesn't cut it out, I may kill her (joking). Nothing has changed in the house and this has been going on for months now. She urinates in my bedroom and when I block off the bedroom, she does it right IN FRONT OF the dog door. It's not raining outside. It's not cold. Without question, I'm the big dog in the house, my airdale is number two and this jack is number three, although she is trying to challenge the airdale (female) for that spot. She is the only dog who sleeps on my bed. She does have a crate and sometimes she sleeps there, especially when she's stolen someone's toy. Oh, and she mostly does it while I'm away, but sometimes she does it at night too. And in the last week or so, she has started pooping on the floor as well.

I am SOOO open to any thoughts on this.

As I guess you know jack russels are intelligent, resourceful and along with this crafty. She is not happy with her position in the house and doesn't actually see you as alpha (you may not like to hear that). She is making a statement, the only way she knows how, by peeing anywhere near your bedroom. I would say crate her to re-enforce your position in the house until she gets the idea. If you kick her off the bed, that isn't going to work, she will resent that too.

You are right about the alpha thing. I have been watching her closely and she has been trying to "one up me" in her sneaky little ways for a while now. I will try crating her again. Thanks for the help.

Be prepared for more 'acts of terror' from her because of the crating, but don't give in. Give her an inch and she will definitely take mile, the little monkey.

Remedial measures may take a while, she is on a mission.
