    I don't feel myself, what's wrong with me?
    I am 17 years old and for about the past month I haven?t been feeling myself. I keep snapping at people for no reason what so ever, I get annoyed and angry over little things, I cry at the littlest things or I just cry for no reason, I have mood swings like no tomorrow. Nearly three years ago I lost my dad and I had counselling which I then stopped as I was finishing school. I?m now at sixth form and I?m trying hard to focus on my studies but I can?t because I don?t feel myself.

    Teenage years are the most difficult time in our lives, try to listen to good mucic and spend exta time with your pets. Make an important decision that you will not get angry without any reason. Loss of a parent is heartbreaking, time will heal the wounds but leave scars behind. Find someone to talk to and share your troubles with them. Your future depends on your studies in this competitive world, so put in extra effort. And always remember that God loves you and He will always be there for you no matter what.
