Can we cancel an already submitted 1040?
I am not sure if this had happened to anybody else before. I filed my federal tax twice... how do I go back and cancel one? Is there a way to do it

Did you efile it? If so, the second one should automatically be rejected.

If you mailed it twice, the first one there gets accepted and the second one rejected with a letter from the IRS.
