    What to do concerning an adoption!
    A young Mother from Haiti would wants to sign her right as her baby mother to me.
    Need advise of knowing exactly what I need to do for the process to go smoothly, with no complication.
    Do we need to go to Haiti for her to sign the paper work, in order for us to take our home with us; or we wait until everything is in order. Please we need to know what do we should do?

    If your wanting to adopt and remove the child from its home country then your going to need the home countries permission. You will have to go through the system there in Haiti.

    And get an attorney. There is no way I would contemplate an adoption of a foreign child without one.
