    They say I have no choice in child's last name to stay mine, we were never married
    My ex and I were never married just determand paternity after a year of him saying she wasn't his we now are signing papers and they asked him if he wanted babies last name his and he said yes and they are saying I don't have a choice I am custo. Parent where are my rights is that law or can I refuse, I live in Texas
