    Ask an accountant free?
I am trying to figure out a formula on how to bill multiple companies for our consulting employees: I am billing separately for days, weeks, and months, as the consulting agents will be doing various tasks... Based on the annual costs of the consulting agent and their 3 weeks paid vacation time... they will be working 260 days, 49 weeks... and I am unsure how to factor in months, giving them that 3 weeks vacation time. For example... if one consultant does work for three different companies: Job A: say he works 6 months Job B: say he works 5 months and Job C: say he works 1 week... then he has earned his annual salary, since he gets 3 weeks paid vacation time. I am having a very hard time making a formula that will calculate an appropriate rate at which the consultant would charge monthly, weekly, or even daily along with those 3 weeks vacation in order to add up to his annual salary... PLEASE HELP! Thanks
