    Try this facial exercise - Mind you, you'll feel and look like a fool but it works. You can look in the mirror but you don't need to.

    Open your eyes and your mouth as wide as you can and lift your chin stretching and tightening your throat until the veins in your neck stand out. Hold that for a count of five and then reverse it… Close your eyes and your mouth tight, and relax and lower your chin to your chest. Repeat that a few times a day in order to tighten the muscles in your face.
    Add this if you like…. Say and repeat A, O, I, U. Stretch your mouth and emphasise the letters.

    There's really no magic exercise that targets the double chin. You need to reduce your overall body fat % and by lowering this % your double chin will go away. You need to diet, strength train and exercise areobically. With your diet, eat more veggies, lean meats and grain products, don't eat fried foods, nothing with fats and no fast foods. Once you take care of your whole body, the chin will follow!:cool:
