How do I burn off facial fat and reduce double chins
Take your head with you when you go jogging.
Try this facial exercise - Mind you, you'll feel and look like a fool but it works. You can look in the mirror but you don't need to.
Open your eyes and your mouth as wide as you can and lift your chin stretching and tightening your throat until the veins in your neck stand out. Hold that for a count of five and then reverse it… Close your eyes and your mouth tight, and relax and lower your chin to your chest. Repeat that a few times a day in order to tighten the muscles in your face.
Add this if you like…. Say and repeat A, O, I, U. Stretch your mouth and emphasise the letters.
There's really no magic exercise that targets the double chin. You need to reduce your overall body fat % and by lowering this % your double chin will go away. You need to diet, strength train and exercise areobically. With your diet, eat more veggies, lean meats and grain products, don't eat fried foods, nothing with fats and no fast foods. Stay away from snacks that are loaded up with sugar and fats, no sweets, like cakes, cookies and candy, and keep you portions smaller then you normally eat, Cut out colas and drink lots of water, And then start a program of aerobics, weight training and walking. Eat low fat, low sugar, low calorie foods, and read the nutrition labels and stick to "THEIR" version of 1 serving. The key is maxium fat loss is to work out 30-60 minutes per session 3-4 x per week. To lose weight you need to lower caloric intake, if your eating more calories than youe expending yo won't lose body fat no matter how healthy your diet is.
