Rapid Weight gain then rapid weight loss
Hi, I am 6'2" broad built, 30 yr old, male. About 2 months ago I started going to the gym and using free weights again(used to do some weight lifting in my teens) and went from 265lbs to 280lbs. In one week I went down to 270 then back to 280 the next week. Now in just 2 weeks I have went down to 261 from 280. Could hot weather make me retain that much water? It has gotten cooler in the last 2 weeks. I have not changed my eating habits at all. I have no idea what is going on other than water weight, maybe.
