    I lost 30 pounds but still not happy
    I was 178 pounds and now I am 140 I fit in the clothes I wanted to, my jeans are smaller in size, I still have a tummy but I'm thinner. I should be happy right (I'm 5ft 2 in)
    I'm still crying everyday about how fat I look I don't know how to stop. I feel like I'll never be happy with self
    Everyone in my family is fat except my aunt and cousin it's not fair.

    So start an exercise program for yourself concentrating on the abs and tummy and your body should shape up just nicely.
