How do get my 26 year old daughter and her husband and 2 yr old son to move out.
Daughter never cleans even when I beg and then she tells me I am being mean. They only pay 500 dollars a month in rent--now she pregnant again. I hate my life and cry everyday. What can I do I want to move away.

Stand up for yourself... they are adults. Tell them that they need to help out or get out. Seriously, you are enabling them to treat you this way. Nobody wants to kick their own kid out of their house but there comes a point when enough is enough. A 26 year old shouldn't need to be told to help out and is simply taking advantage of you at this point.

Maybe she just needs a bit of help moving house, its always hard leaving home and I think you should sit down with only her and talk about this like grown ups, maybe suggest houses near you that are within her budget and if she does not move out tell her that it is your home and you justvsimply do not have enough space to fit them all.

Are you asking for legal advice on getting them out of the house or looking for emotional support?

First this is under "children" and you need to come back and answer your own thread with follow up. They are not "children" they are adults.

Do you want legal answers ? Or lovey, feel good answers.

You give them a 30 day notice to move out. IF they are not out in 30 days, you take them to housing court and evict them.
