    Judgement levy?
    I have a default judgement and I got a notice from the sheriff levy dept is there anything I can do?

    Not much... default judgement means you blew off the court hearing and they got what they were asking for automatically. That would have been your best chance.

    I assume you were served and missed it? This wasn't the first time you heard about it.
