    Sore side of heels when walking?
    My right and left heel experiencing sharp stabbing on sides bottom sides of heel and numbness
    Can you help and tell me why please

    There are various foot conditions such as bone spurs and plantar fasciitis that can be the cause. See a podiatrist. Also have someone watch you as you walk fast and skip rope, or better yet, take a video so you can watch in slow motion. You probably are turning your ankles in or out. If you are a runner, never run along the side of roads, which are sloped slightly down on the sides; run on flat tracks. Look at the soles of your shoes to see if they wear unevenly.
